biography
I'm an ancient musician who's been round the block so many times I've lost count. I started out in the late 1970's busking with my electric guitar & battery amplifier before moving onto form my own band, The Invisible Band! in 1981. That lasted until 1986 when I folded the band due to a lack of bookings and returned to busking for a few years. By 1988 I had written a new set of synth-based rock material which I began performing live and have worked as a solo performer using sequenced backing tracks ever since.

I fell into Second Life in 2005, mutated into a dragon and began doing live music shows there within a year. I do about 2 shows a week in SL although you'd never know it as I'm not on any of the fashionable gig-circuits.

I only found out about this place (The SixtyOne) a few weeks ago so it'll be a while before I gather up enough points to upload my back catalogue of recordings (well over 20 albums!!!).

You can find out more at:

You can buy CD's at:

I really do appreciate your interest in my work. However I really don't have alot of time to spend here as I'm already very busy writing & recording new... (+) expand

I think I'll give up on this site for the time being. I've got more material to upload than the points system here permits. If anyone's really interested in my music, the visit my websites.

Or you could even catch one of my live performances in Second Life.

And the news is: Professor Phlogiston's Amazing Aeroship has landed! Unfortunately I don't have enough points here to upload any of the tracks from my new album or my previous album. However I have uploaded my tracks into a music player that can be accessed on my MySpace page.

Meh, it looks like my account here has stalled. FWIW, I have another album in the pipeline and it should be ready by the end of April.

Just to let anyone curious enough to know that the new album 'alt.prog.rock' is done and up for sale on my website http://www.alazarinmobius.eu I won't be able to upload any tracks here as I don't even have enough points to upload the rest of my previous album, let alone this one. Never mind.

Just to let everyone know that the next album will be ready very soon. Only one track left to finalise and the decide on the cover art and title. Should be all done within the next 2 weeks.
