biography
I was in high school, a freshman I believe and I was visiting a friend’s house and he had just gotten a bass guitar and amp. I wasn’t into music but I was fascinated with a string instrument being played through a speaker. He taught me a lick from Iron Maiden – Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner. From then on I was hooked.
