My Robot Friend is an electronic music/performance art project from New York led by the enigmatic Howard Robot.

My Robot Friend’s live show is a unique experience, falling somewhere between the manic energy of Devo and the refined performance art of Laurie Anderson. Howard Robot performs in an elaborate, personally-designed light-up suit while interacting with illuminated objects, wireless video cameras, pyrotechnics, and other odd home-made props.... I'm in the final stages of posting my sixtyone.com fan podcast and would like your permission to play "Dead" on on my first show. I got live interviews and music from Hidari last night and am also looking forward to gettting permission from bands like Glen Case, TP & ESCO, Split2 Entertainment, and The Sunray Estate for show #0001.

If people show any interest I will start doing live Skype interviews and call in type live shows with thesixtyone.com artists and fans. I think it has potential to become something really cool. Please let me know what you think.
