I love I Roam! Wonderful video production props to Ms. Moss. I'd write that on her wall, but she needs to subscribe to me so I can post comments on her page. As always, great music!

Wow, someone is really against the top40 idea, huh? Just because it's classic pop doesn't make it awful music - this is a showcase of talented vocals and good production. There's no shame in liking top 40 and having a sense in music - I don't mind having a general liking for music that's popular. I'm a classical composer myself and my style is a completely different, and there is no reason to bash an artist for their style - your immaturity is not welcome here.

Nope, not awesome. It's bland, boring, uninspired and unoriginal. We've heard this a million times before. But hey, go right ahead, there's pleeeenty of people out there with no taste whatsoever who are going to be willing to spend money on hideous musical atrocities like this. "I will touch the world, you better believe.. Awaauhahahaahauuuuwa" Jeeesus christ already! Another blonde with NO talent and NOTHING to say, yeah, that's EXACTLY what the world needs.. (Btw, are you taking a dump on that photo?)

This place called podcastalley is an alternative place for people go to find new podcasts to listen to instead of iTunes, but more importantly, it's where sponsors go to find places to advertise. Voting is a monthly deal and although I would really appreciate it if people took the time to "bump" my podcast over there every month, I'm not going to spam with this message again. Last night my podcast was in the #1 position of the music section with a whopping 6 votes. Yeah... It's pathetic but voting on that site has been really screwed up this month and things are just getting back to normal. If I've had you on my show or you've enjoyed anything about my show I could use your bump now. It's just a couple clicks away and they do not spam. Again, this will be the last time I beg for your "bump" here. I'll save future begging for my podcast. Thanks in advance for ALREADY making me #1 in the music section over there. :)

How much do you charge for guitar lessons. (You're going to have to throw in your travel time for free because I'm broke now.)

YouTube Video of My Baby's New Baby.

I guess I'm a proud grandfather now.

Hey again,

I have the track you sent me in queue to play on the next showgram that I'll put out in a couple more days. Thank you very much for the support and for the music! I've linked to you from my personal site and MySpace as well. Keep up the good work.

Just wondering if ya ever perform on a regular basis live and rockin' out with a band...i think that is always the thrill in making music is being able to perform your own songs live for others...everytime i'm in the audience though, I wish I were on stage rockin' out on my bass or guitar...it drives me crazy...keep rockin' it!!! I envy your writing talent...

You gotta love Niki. But that sweet voice sounds so killer rocking hard. There's a credibility in the harder rocking songs. And such a theme would make a really good song like this "POP" more. Keep up the good work, we're all rooting for you.

I'm going through a similar problem, finding the right people to be in my mates band to suit her sound. Not easy :p

ojk007 (level 11) wrote:

yeah it says it in one of those popups that you wrote it when you were 14.

Being on a bunch of writing teams makes sense, as far as all of the genres you have done, i think you could succeed in any one of them.

DRM is what the major labels have been putting on their CDs for the passed few years to prevent people from coping their music. It stands for digital rights management and unfortunately iTunes is still using it. I paid for a CD from another artist here on thesixtyone and downloaded it from from iTunes. When I clicked on the first track iTunes popped up a warning notifying me that I had 5 iPods but I was only allowed to put that CD on 3 of them. More info on Wikipedia DRM if you're interested. Just recently Amazon.com started selling downloadable music without DRM. I hope the rest of the music world follows suit.

Hi Niki,

One way to notify a bunch of people on the hush hush would be to get a listener account and tunebox it to people. :)

Hey thanks for letting me know about your new song, its a solid effort. Its a big step up from Fake ID. It seems like a mix of quite a few genres, cant wait to hear it on my good speakers.

Its a shame I can only bump it 7 times..

Well I've not been as active on here as I've wanted lately either. I'm assuming the song you were refering to was "Let You Go"...? So I guess I'm a bit late with my reply :p

Hope you keep the tunes coming now that your back ;)

I just hit up everyone that I subscribe to, or that subscribes to me, Niki. The only way that I know how to do that is one person at a time too. It's NOT fun.

Let me know when it goes up and I'll try to promote it on one of my upcoming shows. It's helped the first few people I promoted anyway...

If it's not available for download here I'll need to ask you to shoot me a DRM free copy to puntspeedchunk@gmail.com though. The tracks I get from iTunes with DRM won't play on the software appz I use to podcast, and I don't want to degrade my artist's work by ripping their work with other sound applications. It just makes me feel dirty.

Can't wait to hear the next release.
