Wow - you're not going to believe this: walking around the city at night is EXACTLY what I was thinking. I almost called it "City Lights," but thought that was too hokey. I sat to listen to it for a while and got that feeling of walking around in Portland at night with the lights reflecting off of the (always) wet sidewalks. By the way, I'm uploading a new mix that tones down the electronic stabs in the song, converting them to bells instead. I actually uploaded the wrong mix.
