Plans & Apologies are an indie pop group from derby, england.

They released their debut album “Torn Out Pages From the Middle Agez” on artists against success in January 2003. This was followed by “The Tree Dee Pee EP” in April 2005.

The band have seven members, resulting in a richly-layered guitar pop sound on many of their songs. The NME has described them as combining ‘gorgeous lo-fi pop’ and ‘mental, near-metal riffage’.

The band made their out-of-print debut album available for free download from their website along with a free download only EP “The Free Dee Pee EP”.

The band have recently set up their own label called pandaz pop and released a new EP entitled “Wirez, Man!” on the label on 30th October 2006.
