All the videos have been home recorded. I want to give you guys some visual stimuli to go along with the sound stimuli.

I love taking the guitar, and bringing it to places that it hasn't been before. If I was to describe my "style" of music, it would be Heavy Melodic Acoustic Singer/Songwriter. When I first picked up the instrument I was into a lot of "Pop" music. Dave Matthews, early John Mayer, etc. When I started to write my own music I stumbled upon a lot of finger style guitarists. Michael Hedges, Don Ross, Billy McLaughlin, Leo Kottke. I was blown away with what the could make the guitar sound like, and I wanted to do what they were doing. But at the same time, I had my pop sensibilities: Choruses, Hooks, Bridges, Solos.

Really, my music is just an attempt at bringing the techniques, form and melody of of Finger style guitar and mushing it together with the Rhythms, Emotion and arrangement of pop.

I tried my best for the music to have space, but at the same time be full of sound. Have the same power and meaning whether I'm by myself, or with a band.
