St. Vincent is the name of singer songwriter Vincent Bernardy, who has written and recorded music since 1980.

More famously, St. Vincent is the band of singer-guitarist-composer Annie Clark, signed to Beggars Banquet. Hailed by the Boston Globe as an “adorably spunky guitar prodigy,” 25 year-old Annie has been building a buzz opening for such acclaimed and diverse acts as The National, Television, Arcade Fire, John Vanderslice, Tracy + the Plastics, Tuck & Patti, Sufjan Stevens, Midlake and Xiu Xiu. An inventive and versatile guitarist, Annie has played with avant-garde composer Glenn Branca and is a member of symphonic pop spectacle The Polyphonic Spree.
