The Juliet Kilo is the solo project of musician and video artist David Levin. It was born in the cold wilderness of northern Ohio, where it survived long gray winters with a steady diet of cheap guitars, dime store organs, computer glitch and homemade electronics. With quiet midtempo tracks, video projection, and fractured, lyric narratives, it walks a tightrope between microscopic noise and electric pop. The Juliet Kilo is currently based in Boston, MA, where it has joined forces with the Compound 440R collective.
