Hi! I'm actually at work -- downside of owning your own business. We have a few guys that have a project deadline on Monday and had to come into work today. So we came in too to support them. But we're all planning to sit on the roof of our building to watch the fireworks...should be fun! Stay cool and enjoy the holiday!

Your bumpage on my newest upload "Praise (Happy Birthday My Father)" is greatly appreciated. If I had a million chocolate covered coins, I'd send them to you in a big, pink blanket and dump them on your lawn. Course in this heat, they'd probably melt into a sticky, gooey, chocolately river layered with gold tin foil. And you'd probably get mad and never bump my songs again.

no coins then.
just thanks :)

Ah....Colorado...awesome! What part? What will you be doing? I would love to live in the West again. I lived in CA for four years. We will probably move West someday. We're going to the Jersey shore with my family -- an annual vacation with my side of the family. And sometime before the end of the year we're going to Ethiopia because we're adopting a baby boy. So we'll be saving our pennies until then! The airfare is getting so expensive...darn fuel prices!

I'm glad you're doing well. Any fun summer plans? I've mostly been busy with work and learning some new songs on the guitar.

glad you like the songs. is 48 hours a typical timespan for a brand new artist like me to find widespread recognition on this site?? if so, um, that's pretty awesome, i guess i should get to work uploading more songs.

Hi ya! I was supposed to go see the Avetts tonight and sadly, I wasn't able to get there. I went to a wedding shower at 2pm and I didn't leave until 11pm. I guess that's what' a few glasses of wine, a guitar, some lingerie, and a room full of ladies will do to you! So I have to live vicariously through lankysob who went to see them last night in D.C. How are you? I haven't been very active on here lately...any songs that you're loving?

you're not crazy. he has very clever lyrics and a down to earth style. and it's obviously a true life experience which makes it authentic.

Hello listeners! First off, thank you for supporting us--we feel like we've received a very warm welcome to this site. It's wonderful to see such a large group of people care so much about listening and commenting about new music.

Once again, I just wanted to let you all know that we will be uploading a new song. This time it will be at 8PM EASTERN on SUNDAY, JUNE 22ND (hopefully that's a better time for listeners in Europe). This one is called, "What You're After" and it's the song that got us into the top 20 (out of 2000 entrants from 88 different countries) of the BBC's "Next Big Thing" contest last year.

If you want a sneak peak at the song, please just message us back with your email and we'll send all our 44 songs to you straight away for free (gmail and yahoo are the best, but as long as you have a big inbox it's all good).

Much peace and many, many thanks,
Mark & Drew

You liked the moon, so I am going to give you a tip as a way of saying thank you.

According to this news story, the moon is going to appear gigantic tonight, but it is an optical illusion.

ROCK!
