REVIEW BY DISCONNECTED REVIEWS:Dj Ben Wood, is an up and coming Dj from the suburbs of the midlands. He started during the summer of 2009 and has already become a major hit in his hometown, playing various shows and venues and even getting a permanent slot on one. His influences include artists such as; Chase & Status, Rusko, Pendulum and the infamous J Majik and Wickaman. If you took a little bit of each, mixed it up, you would get Dj Ben Wood down to a nutshell. With heavy basslines and energetic beats, some of which gives the listener a stark reminder of Dr.Dre back in the day. This lad is sure to win over a lot of hearts on the scene. 2010 is looking very prominent for him, with an upcoming EP getting ready to be released, things can only go up for him. 2010 will be the year the scene gets shaken more times than James Bond has had shaken martini's.
