When asked to describe my band I must say, In short, that ZibraZibra is the amalgamation of the precious metals of sound. When asked to describe my band I must say, In short, that ZibraZibra is the amalgamation of the precious metals of sound. Carelessly mining the past for brash examples of humanity at its proposed cusp, while meticulously perusing the sonic possibilities of the future, ZibraZibra connects the respective dots of human and technology in their search for amorous union. Drawing from contemporary 20th century pioneers such as Kraftwerk, Wham!, Judas Priest, and Morton Subotnick, ZibraZibra strives to bring peaceful synergy to the trinity of body, mind, and technology. Having released two records and toured the country to critical acclaim and disdain, ZibraZibra looks towards its own future with protective eyewear, to shield it from the harmful bursts of electromagnetic energy exploded from the supernova of opportunity.
That is, of course, not to say that the future is all bright... What treacherous endeavors will the foursome face next? This is unknown, but humanity can take solace in the fact that when the time comes, ZibraZibra will be there to battle the forces of regression, and guide the eternal tides of cultural evolution with a force so powerful that it rivals hard work... and that force is song.
