Verily, I did alight upon your merry tune, and, finding it pleasing, dispensed bumps with wanton abandon

Thanks for the msg,

I see In My Veins on the Hot Homepage, yay!
I am already Maxbumped on it, but it's really nice to see it there.
Hopefully it will find some new listeners (bumpers), it's a favorite of mine.
Obviously.

p.s. I see I had my Alternative genres turned on so it's not as visible as I'd hoped, but still nice to see it in the mix again anyway.

Aldark is your secret agent, filling the Borders kiosks of the world with Admiral Twin promo. Good work!

Will there be some Christmas news coming out this fall, perhaps?

Jarrod - I was at a Borders bookstore today. They were having some kids type thing so I took my daughter. I went to several of their self-help kiosks and did a "search for music" and I put in Admiral Twin in all of them - then pulled up "The Center of the Universe" and left it.

One guy was watching me and asked "Who was Admiral Twin" - so I clicked "You hung the moon" and told him to listen. I think you just gained a new fan - he completely dug the song - to I told him about t61, etc...

Thanks for listening to "Unicycle" Jarrod. After hearing your version of "Orangeworker"and Temple Scene's cover I sort of wish I had done something further from the original now. Glenn did a great job with the vocals. As long as SG enjoyed it I'm happy :)

So I'm way late on this, but I wanted to thank you for the heads up on the new song. It's always appreciated--and the same goes for your music.

Just bought "The Center of the Universe" on iTunes and bumped "How Long?" with my listener account. Thanks for sharing your music with us on here guys :)

Thanks again for the heads up. I liked How Long for as long as it lasted and then I just gave it another listen.

Regarding your wish to rule over your own nation: have a look at this, if you haven't already done so. If you find the episodes, you got yourself a great crash course.

I never really grasped the artists' side of the scoring system either and your songs performance always perplexed me as well (I followed the threads over on maxbumps for quite some time). But whatever. Now that I have your albums for real, I can listen to them without worrying about trying to help them get to some homepage of some internet site. Well actually that's not true, as now I'll just watch 'em climb up my last.fm page instead. =D

Seems like a crime you guys are only artist #61 on the leaderboard and 7,500 pts. also seems quite a bit low for the amount of bumpage you guys get. You are certainly not received on here like the #61 artist, that's for sure. Another good track with How Long?. I'll answer that question with "too long"...as in "I've waited too long to buy all of your albums." Shame on me. Consider it done, now.

News

Admiral Twin is looking for a small island nation to conquer. If you and your people wouldn't mind being ruled over by a benevolent-yet-all-powerful oligarchy of slacker musicans from Tulsa, OK, contact us via this website. P.S. We'd rather not have to shoot anyone, if that's OK...so no armed resistance, please. Violence makes us kinda queasy. And then we get grumpy. It's no fun for anyone at that point.
