Alder is the solo project of Los Angeles-based Producer/Artist David Bowick.

David has Produced such artists and albums as Freddy & Francine's playful EP and LP, "The Briar Patch", Lucas Carpenter's "The Pixelated Path", Colin Green's "Redstar Future Pop" and "The Odyssey", as well as Amy LaCour, Rachel Loy, and One Wing.

Alder is the soundtrack for driving your car along the beaches of California at sunset. Memorable melodies, exotic instrumentation, and tasteful amounts of that "indie" sound with pure pop/rock sensibilities, Alder will not only draw your ears, but your heart. Featured in a number of films (see Discography), Alder's often smooth sounds blend well with picture. His hearty ballad "Surrounded" won an honorable mention in the WeAreListening.com songwriter awards.
