Anna and Robbie come from two different scenes with their own musical influences. Anna is a Russian indie girl who spends her days listening to "Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin" and playing her acoustic guitar and Robbie is an ex-member of "Love You Maid The Butcher", a local hardcore band. The two first met on a high school trip in 2008 when Anna stole Robbie's chinese food.

But... we put it behind us. After jamming a few times, we decided to try writing songs together. Both happy with the sound, we agreed to give ourselves a name. Anna and Robbie seemed to describe us best. We write music not to impress, but to express. Our music reflects experiences that we, as well and many other people, have been through. We spend the majority of our "band practices" laughing, attempting to rap, and coming up with cheesy song titles. And thanks to webcams, we are able to practice even when Robbie is two hours away at school.

We plan to play more shows and continue writing music. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we do.
