Biography

Damien's music is about life—what it means to him and what it means to other people: pain and suffering, joy and sorrow, things everyone goes through, and things he observes. He tries to express the good in life without being sappy and the bad without being gloomy.

Damien is interested in pushing the envelope musically. That's why he uses synthesizers - to create sounds no one has ever heard before. For him, composing is not just about melody, but also about soundscape.

Damien was born and raised in Massachusetts. He currently lives in the Washington, DC area with his girlfriend.

Thanks for the kudos for "Driven". It's been renamed to "Fueled", which is its original name.

I've been signed to Kallisti Gold Recordings (www.kallistigold.se). Please give them a visit - they've got some great stuff.

I also have a new fans forum at fans.audiodef.com. Drop by and check it out!

Dude, your music is *Excellent* - those vocals, sorry, they have to go - just totally out of tune and wrong :( get a dedicated vocalist, and this stuff could fly higher than you can imagine, IMNSHO

News

Coldest Dishes: Instrumentals recently passed the 200-download mark on Archive.org (where it is part of the Kallisti Gold Recordings collection). To celebrate, I'm giving away five physical CDs to the first five people to ask for one. To request a CD, sign up on the Audiodef forums (fans.audiodef.com), if you haven't already, and send a private message to me (Audiodef) letting me know where to send it. Make sure it's a complete address, and please give me your address via private message. Don't post it publicly in the forums. Once I've sent the CD, I will delete the private message out of respect for your privacy.

In addition, as of today, I'm setting the price for the CD on CDBaby (http://cdbaby.com/cd/audiodef) to $5. CDBaby has a $5 bargain bin sale, but this is another thing. I'm setting the regular price to $5, and it will stay at $5 for the next 200 copies sold, in celebration of passing 200 downloads. So whether you just buy Coldest Dishes: Instrumentals or buy it as part of CDBaby's bargain bin, it's still $5.

A big thanks to all fans, known and unknown to me. You rock!
