about +
Reconciliation between Indigenous and Non-indigenous Australians has been a passion of mine for years. Lyrics of "Sorry Day Song" began as a poem and I later added music. My muso son-in-law arranged, played and recorded the song on his computer and I sang "karaoke-style". The lyrics won a poetry award at Grenfell NSW in 2008 and were included in an Education Pack "The Stolen Generation" sent to every South Aust school in the same year.
