I pretty much never sign out.

I just signed on for the first time in days...and from what I can figure out, the Listen Up thing is based off of your total play count (under your profile picture). I've already reached Level 4 (a +1850 points increase) since I've listened to 12,000+ tracks on here. They take a little while to trickle in, though...probably over the course of 1/2 hour so far... If you go to your Stats page, it should show you at the top what "listen totals" you need to reach in order to get your points bonus... Just another way to get sucked into spending more time on here. =P
