Hi there, my name is Boyan Iontchev.
I'm living in Paris.

When i was a kid i was a huge Beatles fan (in fact i didn't listen to anything else until the age of 12). Now, ten years later, after writing a lot of beatle-inspired songs and after discovering a huge amount of good bands my style is changing towards a more electronic sound and unorthodox arrangements and structures for the tracks (i'm influenced by radiohead, bowie, aphex twin, gorillaz, bjork and here on t61 i found darwin deez and pixelord).

In order to get familiar with a recording studio i recently made an EP of 3 songs that were written some 3 or 4 years ago (i play the piano, synths, some guitars and i sing all of the vocals). For the rhythm section i was helped by Scott Bricklin - an amazing musician who came to Paris from Philadelphia. Nicolas Dufournet (the bass player of the french band Oui Oui in which Michel Gondry played drums) was the engineer and also helped me with the arrangements.

I hope i would be able to work with them again in the near future, until then i will record demos of old and new songs at my home studio and will post them here and also on myspace:
