Intense horn lines and percolating afro-beat guitar combined with the interplay of four percussionists create an unstoppable dance party. On May 1st, 2008 the band released Voodoo Hairdoo, their second studio album. Five Alarm Funk will tour through summer 2008 to promote their new disc.

Awesome! Glad to see you joined up. Saw you at the Vancouver Jazz Festival and when I found out you were playing with the Payola$ at Surrey's Canada Day, I decided that would be the best party on Canada Day.

Cheers!

Arghhh! I made the mistake of listening to Voodoo Hairdoo just before I was going to head off to bed. Now I can't sleep. Thanks, guys. ;)

Extremely well produced and plain extraordinary tunes. But Apocalypse is right about the pacing! Settle down, make yourself comfortable with t61, have a good Whiskey and a smoke with us. Let us some time to enjoy, what you presented so far.

Great sound guys. Love the horns and complexity. Welcome to thesixtyone.

A word of advice... Pace your uploads. Don't upload a lot. Let your music find its audience and then upload to maximum exposure. Give it a few days between to make sure everyone notes and memes your music.
OH! And NEVER delete a song!
