BER formed Soggy Bog in Montreal in 1988, a power trio playing a mix of original and covers. Moving from Montreal to Vancouver, Canada he recorded Vision of You and the video received some air-play in Canada.

BER worked with SiV in Vancouver and now he is primarily a songwriter. He plays the rare show in Vancouver from time to time.
