First a few words about our hometown Bergen.
It is by many considered to foster the most influential and exciting artists in northern Europe at the moment, and has actually been for a couple of years. The musical environment in Bergen is actually rather small, yet such a creative and fresh-thinking environment that new artists come along all the time. It is a thrill to be a part of this. Just to give you an idea of what has happened here in the last few years, one can mention artists such as Royksopp, Ralph Myerz and the Jack Herren Band, Kings of Convenience, TestPilot, Magnet, Annie, The Owens, Robert Post, Enslaved, Audrey Horne, Furia, Octavia, and now… CAMELTOE is on the rise.
We are very excited to be a part of this scene, and we would like to extend our most sincere thank you to all those other musicians and people who make the musical environment in Bergen what it is today. Let us keep moving forward and ensure that Bergen will still be the capitol when music is involved in the future as well.
