Kenny Inglis and Susan Wallace are Cinephile. Formed in 2002, the Glasgow duo are attracting a growing army of fans from around the globe.

Cinephile's sound has set them apart from their peers. It's a sound that crosses multiple genres yet retains a common thread. Impossible to pigeon-hole, the band flirt sonically with everything from minimal electronica to industrial and everything in between.

A preference for minor keys and downtempo arrangements has often drawn comparisons to artists such as Massive Attack and Portishead but this band treads a different path. There's an overwhelming sense of a story unfolding within the heavy cinematic slant which threads it's way through every song. This is visual music.

Firmly independent, the band have put out five self releases to date. The most recent release is the three track 'Medusa' single (28/09/09).
