I began recording the songs for the album, Another Ride, after several trips to Brazil.

You can hear the influences as many of the songs were written in Brazil and use many instruments that I discovered on my travels.

I am a drummer first and foremost, but on this album I reached into the magical drawer of sound makers to create a rhythmic bed of percussion to support the songs I had written on the nylon string guitar.

My first attempt as a singer/songwriter proved to be quite a learning experience. Can't wait to get back in the studio!!
