It all began with a toy microphone and a love for music, that’s how up and coming artist, Courtney Argue, would describe the beginning of her career aspirations. Courtney, an 18-year-old Michigan native, began singing as a toddler in diapers, and graduated to being a karaoke diva by grade school. With a Britney Spears track in the background, Courtney’s passion for singing as a child blossomed into an infatuation as she grew older. She continues to perform shows throughout her home state of Michigan, and has sung the national anthem for professional sports teams including the Detroit Redwings. As her vocal skills became polished and more defined, so did her ambitions to become a professional.
Courtney is represented by Zoom Management, an artist management/consulting firm located in New York, whose clients include MIMS (Capitol Records) who recently had the chart topping single "This is Why I'm Hot." With Zoom Management’s guidance, she is currently working on her first major recording project which includes original songs written by prominent industry song writers including Canadian recording artist/songwriter Lea Longo, and the Grammy nominated composer Frankie Vinci.
