SUBSCRIBER ALERT!

The sixty-one MEGA Upload Party Wake for Michael Paul Miller is set to go off from 7 to 8 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, May the 8th. With 61+ artists slated, it should average about one new tune per minute, and there will be additional uploads hours later due to late uploads. Check KosmikRay 's Wallzine listing of the 61 official artists for your favorite bands, and let your favs know they are welcome to "crash" it and upload then if they didn't get the word in time. Also, feel free to let anyone you tunebox with in on it, as it is open to ALL artists and ALL listeners.
Enjoy the music, as we celebrate for Mike...

***please post a copy of this notice on friends or subscribers walls...we need to get the word out.

Nah, it's not like that. Whatever we make goes right back into making this place even better. Heard you're not drumming anymore?

The first 61.com fan podcast is finally up!

In iTunes (or whatever aggregator you use to grab podcasts) click Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast > then copy and paste this http://feeds.feedburner.com/libsyn/aSnO
in the box that pops up.

Hit me up if you want to be part of the show. Major props to everyone that contributed.

Going to interview and photograph Hidari http://www.thesixtyone.com/#/Hidari/ live tomorrow night for a podcast. If you have any questions for them you have about 12 hours to get them to me. (18 if I can find a wifi hotspot for my iTouch or keep my notebook PC batteries alive long enough.) Catch me at puntspeedchunk@gmail.com

#2! you weren't joking when you told the band that you were going to pwn all them n00bs. alas, i have a feeling you won't be unable to unseat trevor unless you take away his computer and/or internet connection. that dude's wicked.

we're making some changes here and there to better explain thesixtyone. "a music adventure" is just one of the nuances we're going to use to help people figure out how they can enjoy thesixtyone, so keep your eyes peeled.

hey david!

oh my gosh, you guys just get better and better. your stuff sounds amazing! currently doing the music thing in austin and singing for a band for a while, but i'll be back in LA come winter, it'd be awesome to do a show together. we should try to pull that off.

the collections page fosters a positive environment for listeners to aggregate the stuff they love into custom playlists. to rename, you need to click the "edit" button on the top left and just type in a name in the textbox. Drag and drop songs into a playlist as you would on iTunes.
