Darling Imperial is Sarah Sadovsky, George Jacobsen, Chris Vieau, Carl Yute, and Adam Hayes. The band hails from Detroit, Michigan. The deceivingly familiar music pouring from the five members of Darling is moving, urgent, and at it's core, innocent. In 2009, the band released the six-song EP I Know Everyone You Know.

Fun facts: Prior to it's current configuration, the band was a septet that wrote rock music scores to silent movies, recording only a two-song EP that was never released. In keeping with the incestuous nature found in the dive bars of the Detroit music scene, the members of Darling Imperial moonlight in a number of other bands and artistic endeavors.
