Biography

With thought-provoking lyrics and an underlying addictive, pop thread, their sound is reminiscent of 90's Rock & Roll. Bands such as Depeche Mode, Catherine Wheel & Soundgarden have influenced the intellegent sound of Dust & Blood.

The band put down roots in Arizona in May 2007 after singer Joe Gregory, originally of The Drama & drummer Jon Safley arrived from LA. Not long after, Derek James, Jeff Loleit & Xakk Mychaels all from AZ, completed the lineup on guitars and bass.

Mega Upload Party Wakers: Two Things for artists...

1. To double check the current Pacific time (and date), just post to a Wall and check the time tag under your name.

2. There will be two ways listeners will find your upload. One will be the normal Browse>activity search, and the other will be thru links to band pages listed on my wall and myktoronto's. Please put your upload in the TOP POSITION of your featured 3-songs, so it can be found quickly.

Thanks and enjoy the extra bumps, especially if you dance...

D & B:

The Mega Upload Wake is set for 7 pm -8 pm PACIFIC time. I could not find a time that allowed everyone work or sleep-free periods for all world time zones, without splitting up the upload and diluting the listener pool.

Thus, Michael Paul Miller will be the honorary first upload, followed by 61 t61 artists at one a minute. As you are now #59, try to have your upload drop at 7:59 PM Pacific Time if at all possible. If not, anytime after is OK.

Remember, this is a party and a wake, so Celebrate and Communicate!

Great ! Time is still TBA. Should know by tomorrow when promo to listeners begins.

there's a Mega Upload Party Wake for Michael Paul Miller on May 8th. Time or times TBA.

ANY 61 artist who wishes to join in should wall post their song name and band name on KosmikRay 's wall. There are 54 bands confirmed so far and hopefully the number will round out at an even 100.

Welcome to the61. Love your sound. Just checked out "Guilt" on your myspace page. You going to upload it? It would surely do well on here.
