Fellow Citizens is a Boulder-based clusterfolk that formed in February of 2008, with a four man lineup (Goodwin, Wright, Brothers Pelo). Soon after recording their first EP (...And Summery Skies), they recruited two new full-time citizens, Matt Hampar and Eliza Boote.

The band just released a six track EP titled "Rocket Pack" in early May, 2009. It is available for free download along with the first EP on their self-run website, fellowcitizensmusic.com

The sound generated by these six goofballs is influenced by a wide and diverse variety of artists. Folk-based at heart, the music has evolved into something much more, making it difficult to classify. The Citizens have cited such brilliant acts as the Beatles, Wilco, Broken Social Scene, Do Make Say Think and Pink Floyd as having had some of the heaviest impact on their writing and playing styles. This is, however, something that they are constantly working on evolving, which results in a constantly fresh perspective on the bands sound. Stick around; let’s see what happens.
