I want to be able to rate the songs I've added to my playlists. This doesn't have to be publicly viewable, although that might add an interesting viewpoint. Think about a song that one person with a lot of influence pushed to the front page and rated highly, but no one else really loved and thus it would have a lot of bumps and exposure but not a very high rating.
