Has anyone recieved any points today? I got some after first log in but since then nothing, not even for the rack.

I logged in this morning after the site downtime and got my bump rewards for overnight, like normal. I bumped some new songs after that, and haven't seen any points at all for the last 5 hours or so. I don't get points for the rack, either.

yeah I received a bit this morning! but not anymore! I thought its just because the bump rush b/ of maxbump achievements have finally calmed down.

Now I'm starting to think that there is something wrong with the system!

It also looks like no new songs have posted to the new page except for revives. I got points when I logged on, but not many. The site was down for maintenance last night.

I received 29 points, which is an abnormally low haul for the past 8 hours.

The emails are coming in telling me that tracks I bumped have hit the homepage but I'm getting no credit for them.

Also, I got a "Daily Sign In Bonus" after maintenance and after listening to a single song on The Rack was informed that I'd reached my daily limit for The Rack.

Listened to someone's radio and now my points are finally rolling in.

Still getting robbed of 24 hours worth of Rack points. Ohz wellz.

I may not have explained it well but I usually listen to enough songs from the rack everyday that I hit my daily limit. I did exactly that during the 24 hours between the 3rd and the 4th. I know that at 4:00pm +9GMT (Tokyo time) that a new day starts for me and I will start getting credit for listening to The Rack again. Once T61 came back up on the 4th (My time. I'm from the future.) it was after 4:00pm and a new T61 day had started for me again. All I wanted to say was that after listening to a single track I was informed that I'd reached my daily limit.

My friends in Tokyo can vouch for the story as we all PMed each other asking WTF.

No big loss. Just thought that James and Sam may want to have known about it.

Hmm... I've just logged in after a 16 hour break and have the same amount of points as I had, despite going bump crazy on new stuff yesterday, some of which have hit the homepage.

Is it just me or is something up?

I have received very few points today. Rather takes away my wanting to bump!

It seems that now you only get points after 6 PM EST.

My other inquiry is why are people no longer bumping anything but sure winners? This is very unfair to all the super new artists. They are going to give up if they don't start getting bumped. It is very frustrating to bump a very good artist almost by yourself. I know of about ten people that are still bumping. What a shame!!!

I'm still bumping great new artists! But that's because I view T61 more as a way to get exposure for artists that I think are awesome, than as a way to get myself uber levels or whatever.

I think a lot of people are still bumping new artists - I know I am! :) Just check my stats and you'll see the majority of songs I bump are lesser known artists and songs that are not sure winners. I don't bump to make lots of points, I bump to support the artists I like and who I think make good music.
I tend to stick to the genre I know best - electronic/dance and occasionally an alternative/pop/folk artist.

I've noticed a slow trickle of points myself, but that seems to be going on a bit lately. Not sure if I'm just not choosing well or if it's because of the way points are given out now. Maybe I'm just dreaming it all...

@sumar: Regarding ppl not bumping new artists; there are plenty of folk on the site who do so, never fear. But then you gotta remember that there are others who play it as a game. That's just the facts, no way to change it. I'm sure as the site expands you'll get more ppl for both sides. :))

@sumar, check all my first bumps with new artists. I also bumped a lot of "new" artists who are now established "sure winners."

I do try to avoid artists who don't sound good to me. I bump a lot of stuff that goes nowhere. I do admit I don't bump everything that sounds good to me and everything I do bump isn't something I listen to outside here.

It's like working though--you have to get paid so you can do the things you want. I'm into the game here (points) and so are most people here--no matter what they say. I don't think one person here doesn't hope that the "new" band they bump turns into a level 18 band some day--which also equates to a lot of points.
