Not sure if it's just me or not (I saw this topic a few days ago), but my returning points for bumps are trickling in at a very odd pace. Even if I am in the first 20 bumpers of a song that goes stellar (1,000+ bumps), I only get 20-30 points for it. My Stats page is filled with zeros on the returns, not earning back anything close to what was spent.

Is this a caching issue or a new algorithm calculation?

Same thing here again... the odd few points coming in, but right now very little if any chance of earning back what was spent it seems, hope it's a bug!
FYI....example 1..... 9-269 bumps x 2 immediately... 9 points received, example 2..... 4-1098 bumps x 17 (maxed early-ish) ...... 199 points)

I've noticed this as well... silly swiper fox... WTH!!? lol(sigh) I first bumped a song, it didn't get very many bumps, but still, normally you'd get SOMETHING after the first few people follow your first... but I gots nada so far.

am i a really bad judge of bumping songs or is the point machine busted?

I only joined a month ago and in a couple weeeks very easily made my way up to 8000 points. This past week or so has been totally discouraging, though. I don't know if fewer people are listening (and therefore bumping) or if I'm bumping too much/too little/the "wrong" songs, or what, but at this point it seems impossible to ever really increase my points beyond this plateau of around 8000.

Eh. There are more important things to worry about, I suppose.

likewise, my stash is dwindling very rapidly and it seems even slower after todays service downtime!! At this point I dont see the possibility to level up.
Might just have to piss my remaining few up the wall and see how slow I can get back up!

btw, I'm bumps 2&3 on the Admiral Twin "You hung the moon" up to 355 bumps and I have a +0. I figure it'll sort itself out.

It's not a leak for me. I call it an all out halt. Not one point since 8:00 am. We'll one from the rack. The string kind of halted this afternoon. Did they start back up for anyone?
