Hey i am at level 7 and i have about 1200 points but my progress bar appears empty. Why does that happen will I be able to level up normally?

You've bumped points below level 7 for now (you don't lose your level). The green is there... it's just negative, if that makes sense. When you pass up 1300 pts, the green will show again.
(I've done it myself, pass a level and then go mad bumping stuff I'd been waiting on)
