revive | 09 jul 08 3:23 p.m. the revive system seems rather one sided with the points
not very fair at all some users seem to revive songs alot more than others is it a computer glitch or some favored player/nation thing? why can't the point increments be reasonably set? |

Re: revive | 09 jul 08 3:42 p.m. I think if yer willing to pay 6000 points to revive a song... ye can be my guest. I haven't found any song yet that I love more than 2000 points.

Re: revive | 09 jul 08 3:48 p.m. I think I read somewhere that it was originaly designed to be
a) a true selfless act of love for a song (ie incredible point demands, without a likelihood of getting them back) b) a reward for people who get to a level high enough to be able to spare those points. That said, I'm not sure if it's 1000 pts for everyone to revive (it is for me) but if it is, I think 1000 pts is too LOW an amount for people with 400,000 pts in the bank. I'm looking for more info on some kind of scaled system...? Does t61 use one? |

Re: revive | 09 jul 08 5:33 p.m. tismondo pretty much covered it all. The old system was in place from the start of the site, back when 1,000 was a lot of points.
I'd say it's more fair now as you can nearly guarantee yourself a revive if you are willing to spend the points. |

Re: revive | 09 jul 08 11:48 p.m. I love the new revive system. It was a pain in the hinder clicking "revive" over and over at the three-hour mark and praying that you clicked it at just the right milli-second.
The bidding wars make much more sense. |
