THe UI change is fine, and only confusing at first.
I think that Instead of just "N Comments" it would be less confusing to have "N Comments+INFO" or something.

Since it is now a 2-click process to check if you have already bumped a song (other than hitting the bump button, I hope another way of checking that easily is in the works. Unless, of course that is an intention.

i made it clear that this is very much work-in-progress. meaning, you're literally seeing us tear stuff down and install new elements over the next few days.

Understood. It's going to be fun to watch things change in near real time. Of course, those of us who are very opinionated (pointedly avoids looking in mirror) might consider this prime time to attempt to influence you with our very clever ideas.

Just a note that on a low contrast screen the light coloured labels in the small text are pants on a laptop screen with low contrast. Puhleeze to bold 'em! Or bold and black would be nice. or even bold and green.
And how does the UI look on mobile devices?
