The cost listed on the bump button doesn't update until you mouse-off the button itself and then hover back over it. I only noticed this because I was multi-bumping a song and noticed the points subtracted weren't equal to what was on the button itself (14 was written, but 13 was subtracted). Corrected itself when I moved the mouse off, and then back onto the button for the next bump.
