Coming from the town of Ballymena in Northern Ireland, GreymanBeard met at their former school of
secondary education. Consisting of 4 members, in alphabetical order to hold a stance of fairness, Peter Erwin on Bass and Guitar, Owen Hanna on Vocals and Guitar, Gary Hill on Drums and Percussion and William Tweed on Lead Guitar brought GreymanBeard together. Each member doesn’t only bring their own talents to the fore but by using their individual inspirations across the spectrum of the musical world, the sounds have influences from many a different genre.

It wasn't until the summer of 2007 that the band, and the material began to come together. Now after a few months, they have recorded their first EP, 'The Peoples EP', a short 4 track demo to get them of the ground. With the first few shows successfully under their belt they are up and coming. With 8 songs finished and more in the pipeline, they are ready to get under way this summer. Thriving on the stage in front of crowds, GreymanBeard have built a fanbase from their on stage performances, getting across the energy and the enjoyment that the band feels when performing.
