Hey Joshua good stuff. If you want more people to hear your stuff just reach out to as many users on this site as possible and tell them that they might like your songs. Has worked for other bands on here.

Josh(ua) don't be disillusioned in just a few days. I'm relatively new here too and it takes a while to sort things out. I started leaving a comment here and there and found that most if the people on this site, be they listeners or musicians, want to be very helpful.

I asked a guy that I guess would be a 'senior' member and certainly a popular one about your concerns He suggested the following:

"Marketing is a huge part of the equation here. Unique album art isn't the key to success—but it it sure doesn't hurt. Building a loyal fan-base is the biggest step to stardom on t61 for the lesser/unknowns. Take Glenn Case for example. Early on he built a rapport with a great many users that bumped his stuff by taking the time to respond to questions and say thanks via wall posts. As tracks were added he gained a following and many front page hits. That may have been a result of his marketing acumen or an organic result of his being a genuinely nice guy. In either case it worked."

If you figure that in just a couple of days you've managed to impressed me, him and several other people that bumped your work, many of them repeaters, you have begun to accumulate a fairly respectable fan base.

So hang in there man!
