Loren Francis embodies what can only be called urban americana. Born and bred in Maine, he's lived in Boston for the last ten years. Loren's played his guitar at every bus station in central america, performed for hippies and over-the-hills on the beaches of the Virgin Islands, composed entire albums below street level in Jerusalem catacombs, floated on his guitar through the Grecian Isles, sailed the entire east coast of America, and danced wild in the hands of grace with all hands waving free at Burning Man.
The Songs are luscious, the vocals aching on the precipice of time or death or love or God or war or women. The lyric supports the vocal and the vocal supports the lyric in honesty and confession.
