With dual male and female singers, Love, Robot already separates themselves from the rest of the typical alternative pop punk bands around the scene today. Using their unique attribute, the quintet manages to add interesting twists and turns within their music, incorporating various different genres like ska, post-rock and Hardcore Breakdowns to keep their fans always listening to something new and exciting. Originally starting out as a 3-piece hardcore/screamo band, Love, Robot has progressed far from this style of music to ultimately develop a unique, yet identifyable sound that possesses roots unlike any other. Because of their attention-grabbing distinctiveness and hard work, they have been featured on a compilation CD by Quickstar Productions entitled Rock 4 Life, and were recognized by the Greenlight Firm as an up and coming artist and selected to record a single (traveling multiple hours to Ohio losing a vehicle during the journey). Love, Robot has played at the Crazy Donkey, Village Pub South, Mulcahy's and have even been known to host 100+ guests, private shows in Alexa's living room when shows have been cancelled. Other venues with acts such as good friends Patent Pending, as well as, Sing It Loud, A Rocket to the Moon Arbor Light and more! Love, Robot has won Club Loaded's the Unsigned band Festival, as well as placed in the finals in Band and Venue's Battle of the Bands.This is only the beginning, as Love, Robot plans to ultimately bring a fresh yet identifiable sound to mainstream rock everywhere, looking to their devoted and evergrowing fanbase for support while labelhunting.
