If coffee and Jolt Cola set aside their differences and made a rock band, it might sound a lot like Lunavelis. The group's melodic, emotive pop appeal combined with heavy use of electronic and digital instrumentation makes Lunavelis' music as attractive as the members of the band.

"I'm not exactly sure what I was thinking", remarks Lunavelis front-man Chris Feran on writing band's first song. "I'm pretty sure I hadn't slept since Reagan was president, and drank way too much coffee. Writing songs seemed a good way to pass the time."

I love your songs! Especially California and The Rest of the World. Any idea when will the songs be available for buying on amazon or a similar site?

Yea I understand. Having a job will definitely drain you and leave no energy for the stuff you'd rather be doing. If you do end up finding a place to play, I'll try to bring a small crowd folks for support.

Any luck on locating a place to play in Baltimore yet? Or did I just give you a bunch of deader than dead leads?

Just picked up your discs via iTunes... any chance of getting some liner notes (or at least lyrics) to your tunes?

From one coffee addict to the other: Very well done, tightly produced and with crawl-in-ears-quality.

Hey there!
Thanks so much for your tips, I really appreciated your wisdom (Supergrover was right, you're an expert ;)

I have to brainstorm and decide which way to go, then. CdBaby sounds great but I can't help thinking that maybe I'm still too unknown and independent for people to download my songs. I mean, would it be useful in the end?
Okay, okay, I'll think about it. This is not the right place to display my Hamlet's attitude ;) this is YOUR wall!
Great vibes, I'm digging your sound. Thumbs up :)
Thank you once more
&
Stay tuned!

peace&ciao;
O.

Hey chris...

september 29 is looking to put some of her stuff on a music site for sale. What was your experience in getting started in that? (Any tips for her?)
Her listener acct is Olgostin, her musician acct is "September 29th")

Another thing I thought of: I was at the record store over the weekend (yea, I still go) and thought they might be a good resource of small places that I couldn't think of. Here's their site:
Sound Garden

This is an amazing album. Well done.

I actually went and bought both your albums from CDBaby because stupid Amazon does not work for non-US people. One comment: you guys should make the MP3 available for purchase better quality. The one I bought is shit and now I may need to rip the one off this website just so I can enjoy it fully.

Also, you do not really need these merchants, just make a website that can accept donations and otter the MP3s for download next to the donation button.

I paid CDBaby because I want to support you.

Keep it up!

damn... the song hit too late at night, I'm afraid.
Were it to hit at 10 AM instead of midnight, I think it might've reached a few hunnert extry bumps.

Scratch that. It posted. Well done, again!

It takes quite a bit these days. My last first bump, See Spot Run - Electric Glow took 7 days to post (it finally made it late this afternoon) and it sat around 475 bumps for the last day or two. So, they must have tightened up the restrictions on posting recently. You'll make it there.

Eventually.

the61 is awesome.

Chris' first attempt at reaching coffee nirvana reached 18 cups in an hour. He spent the next hour regretting the first. Enough time has passed, and he'd like to have some bottles of water for re-hydration, some sodium and electrolyte supplements, and another go!
