Mario Dederichs (born July 11, 1988) is a German songwriter, singer and guitarist.

He composes soundtracks for video games and movies - and releases them under his birth name.

He was born to an entirely non-musical family. They didn’t posess any instruments, until he bought a very cheap keyboard at the age of 10. He enjoyed playing songs he knew on his keyboard and also got into composing original songs.
After a little while the first improvements could be seen and his composing skills improved steadily. On September 2003, he bought an acoustic guitar and learned how to play. He started to create melodies to chord progressions instead of doing it the opposite way like he had done before. Playing the guitar led him to new directions and possibilities. Up to this day most of his tracks are written on this instrument - the guitar is one of the most essential parts of his composing work. Moreover the music itself has improved throughout the years. Starting with generic video game music, he has, over the past years, gained musical flexablity.
