The band started out as a made up band - I made recordings playing all the parts myself. After 3 years, I had enough songs to put out a full-length long player. I picked the dumbest band name I could think of. The CD called I Am Smiling, Dammit, was released in March of 2006. I recruited some dear friends to play in the live incarnation of the band. Later that year we were nominated for a Cincinnati Entertainment Award and we've been playing ever since. We're working on a second release. The Adventure Seekers are Luke Alquizola on keys, J. Matt Retherford on drums and Aaron Zlatkin on bass.
