Fit and the Conniptions is a combined band / webcomic project by London based singer songwriter Wayne Myers. New comics have been uploaded to conniptions.org three times a week since January 2006. An album, Bless Your Heart, was released in July 2007, followed by a live acoustic EP, Live At Monkey Chews, in November 2008. A new album is currently being recorded.
