No Compromise, more commonly known as NoCo, is an alternative rock trio from Silver Spring, Maryland. The trio initially formed at the University of Maryland in 2002 with guitarist Jack Kwait-Blank and bassist Justin Fry. William Bowen joined the lineup in 2006 on drums, bringing heavier influences to the existing pop-punk sound.

In early 2007 NoCo released a five song EP, "Pull the Plug," representing the first collaboration between the current members of the lineup. The album instantly drew praise from fans and critics alike for its tight sound and universal appeal.

Although the band has proved they can produce solid tracks in the studio, NoCo prides itself on its energetic live performances. "We don't go out there every night to just 'put on another show.' We want everyone in the audience to feel something because that's what music is supposed to be about," lead singer and bassist Justin Fry explains. NoCo feels very strongly about fan involvement and believes that ultimately a loyal fan base will be the key to their continued success.

The band cites Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Sevendust, AFI, Foo Fighters, and Thrice as some of its many influences.
