Noise Floor was formed in 2011 by Sarah McTaggart, Michael Panek, and Jon Garcia. The bassist, Michael Panek, is also the synth player, sound engineer, co-vocalist, and producer. Sarah McTaggart, (vocalist/lyricist), had never been in the same room as the drummer and bassist until 5 songs later in October 2011. They still live in different countries, and make their music through email. They plan to begin touring early 2012.
