So who are we here and why are we here? Hmmm, Sounds like the start of a political debate, but it's not. We're just a coupla rock doctors (technically geologists) down in L. A. (lower Alabama or thereabouts) trying to do something besides saving the world by cleaning up one gas station at a time. In the midst of our glamorous jobs we try to meet once a week and write songs..and..uh..drink beer. It helps keeps us sane....just ask our wives. They often ask us, in a hopeful tone, 'Are you playing this week?'. They say we are much better people to be around if we get to play and write.
Songs for play here are from our RPM '07 challenge CD Highway 59, which we recorded under our old name OHHO. We recorded the songs as part of a world wide challenge to musicians everywhere to record 35 minutes of original songs in 28 days (www.rpmchallenge.com). We're honored to be among the 850 artists that met the challenge. We will be going at again for RPM '08. At the end of Februrary check back for our new CD, Geezer!
