On "Signs of Life":
Like your voice very much (Mike Scott meets Thom Yorke -ish?) Like the backingvocals. Like the muffled roughness of the guitarsound - but dynamically, I find it a bit flat, you don't "exploit' the refrain enough. Also I think the drums are thin and uninspired, not much invested there. Also I believe the song would benefit if you made it shorter.
Summary Lovely voice (but I am a fan of the two I likened you to, so...) Nice Song, lovely bassline (really deserves equally musical drums!!).
O, and the end of the solo... well, you know, I guess. I would love to try to make a good drumtrack for this. Let me know.

You've got a wonderfully eclectic mix of sounds and vocals that really work. I've found myself repeating "couldn't care less" (in a lower voice) whenever I get the rolling eyes from others.
