I've often thought that musicians should be in a band before "going solo" etc. Also, I am more than happy to let Painting Tasters take (some of) the credit and blame for the lyrics! Anyway, the name originated from a experience I had in a museum...I was admiring the paintings and I thought to myself, "these are so beautiful, I wonder what would happen if I went over to one and licked it." I didn't actually do anything, of course, but I realized that while I was only thinking of painting tasting, there must be someone, somewhere in the world who would try it. A painting taster might describe a person obsessed with something, who would do anything to get closer, even if it means ruining what he/she loves.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO U LISTEN TO?Everything, thanks to the Internet, iPods and sites like The Sixty One. If I shy away from anything, it would be 80s hair band music and "metal" but... I listen to some of that too.
