Part Time Monk is the collaboration between Homer L Twigg IV and whoever ends up in his musky basement of funk grooves. Currently PTM is producing a version of Homer's Odyssey in hip hop for urban youth. Periodically certain rhythms or samples get lodged in his head and cannot be removed except by surgery - that is what the side projects are. In private, PTM is recording some rapping and is sharpening his darts, metal against metal.

Additionally, Part Time Monk enjoys electrical surges, roundhouse kicks, blacksploitation films, eating raw meat, climbing trees, scotch, adult swim, breakdancing, Gregorian chant, coal-powered trains, Homeric poetry, mastadons, swinging axes, catapults, rugby, robots and the discovery channel.
